1. Automatic Forging Line for Al parts

The automatic forging line for Aluminum alloy parts consists of forging roll, cross roll, clutch-operated screw press, robots and automatic control system, which can help you in producing high quality Al forging parts.
2. Automatic Production Line for Axle Beam & Crank Shaft

A new energy and material saving technology for front axle manufacturing. By adopting accurate roll forging process, the tonnage of main press can be reduced material utilization ratio can be increased for about 15%. 30lines have been set, another 5 in construction.
3. Automatic Forging Line for Steering Knuckle

Combined processes of extrusion and forging
are accepted in steering knuckle production:
-- material utilization ratio: 86-88%
-- production efficiency: 30-60sec/piece.
4. Heat treatment production line for steel-sheet pressure quenching

Hardening heat treatment of armor plate, ordinary steel plate, aluminum plateand glass.
Including: feeding system, heating furnace, quenching machine, mold, discharge system, cooling system;
Capacity: hardening heat treatment of high-strength plate, templet, swage plate;
Heat source: gas or electricity;
Specialties: after treating plate with high strength, flatness, uniform hardness, less distortion; swage plate with good one-time quenching forming; operating automatic and stable
5. Induction heating heat treatment production line

The line is mainly used for treating or surface hardening of long stem parts like drill stem，drill pipe, pump pipe of petroleum industry and drill rod of mining machinery.
Characteristics:
Annealing, quenching for long rod parts or parts after welding
Induction heating power system：KGPS、IGBT100Kw、160Kw、250Kw
Heat source: induction heating, gas heating or hybrid heating;
Including: feeding system, quenching system, tempering system, discharge system;
Application: distortion-control hardening treatment of oil special tube, fine rolling rebar, and automotive rack;
specialties: precise control of distortion, high quality, induction heating or hybrid electricity/ natural gas heating, environmental protection, high thermal efficiency, less oxide, high degree of automation, high productivity.
6. Heat treatment production line for front axle beam, crankshaft

The high capacity and effectiveness line is especially for quenching & tempering front axle beam, crankshaft and other forging parts. Daily throughput is 200 pieces or 20 tons.

Suspending roof and heater drawer structure: easy in maintenance
Puller and conveyer combined transferring system: more reliable
Quenching medium can be easily replaced

7. Large Intermediate Frequency Induction Heating Pipe Production Line

Including Ф1626 induction heating pipe bender, Ф1422 induction heating pipe production line, Ф1200 induction heating pipe bender, Ф1016 induction heating pipe production line, Ф864 induction heating pipe bending machine, outside scaling equipment and outside coating equipment. It is the first pipe bender fully automated process control, process management and full heating technology, is currently the largest size, highest degree of automation of pipe unit, with independently sets of intellectual property core technology of the most advanced large-scale intermediate frequency induction heating pipe production line, won the third prize of Science and Technology of China Machinery Industry. And it has been applied in project of Second transporting natural gas from west to east and from Sichuan to east.
8. High-pressure Large-diameter Thick-walled Pipe Production Line

Including the forging operation, automatic welding positioner, cutting-edge machine. It uses advanced computer simulate machining process integrated with the traditional moulded hot-forming technology, heat treatment technology and welding technology, products X80 steel grade φ1422 × 60 and the following large-diameter thick-walled pipe fittings used in oil and natural gas pipelines, including tee, elbow, increaser and pipe cap four products. The line is the only mechanized pipe production line, filled in the blank above Ф1219mm diameter thick-walled large diameter pipe line. It has been successfully applied Second West to East Gas Pipeline Project.

1. Enterprise Logistics and Warehousing Automation System

The enterprise logistics and warehousing automation system includes automated three-dimensional warehouse, system management software, barcode identification and tracking system, handling robot palletizer, conveyance system. We has made full use of decades of advantages in automated control technology research and system integration, developed advanced logistics and warehousing automated control and management system. We has successively built hundreds of logistics and warehousing projects including the terylene products logistics system for Yizheng Chemical Fiber, the three-dimensional warehouse for electrical appliances of CHINT, the three-dimensional warehouse for milk products of Mengniu Group and Yili Group, Logistics system for the glass fiber production line of Jushi Group, Loncin production logistics automation system, automated comprehensive three-dimensional warehouse specifically for military industry, and logistics data acquisition and tracking management system, light goods transfer system.

2. Logistics storage technique and equipment

The company owns various disciplines and majors in machinery-electronics industry, so it is apt to apply various advanced software and hardware techniques to organize the optimized design and manufacturing of automatic system. In logistics storage field, it has already successfully developed automatic stereoscopic storehouse, folding smoke-case robot and relevant apparatus, such as bar code identification machine, heap machine control and address-recognizing machine, goods-position locator, height detector, packing box and tray, etc. The company can undertake planning design, engineering by contract, technique consultation etc. for logistics storage automatic control and management system.
Uncrating Manipulator: Special robot used for raw tobacco leaf automatic transporting、uncrating、empty container folding and palletizing. The whole system consists of container move machine、belt conveyor、package remove machine、palletizing machine、pneumatic system and electrical control system. It is the investigation result of the National High Technology Research and Development Program in automatization field of China (863) and is recognized as the national new product by State Economic and Trade Commission.

1. Development and Application of Industrial Robot

In the mid 1980s, We developed the first industrial painting robot of China and built the first localized full automatic robot spray coating line of China. Since the mid 1990s, while completing the national technical research program for the Eighth Five-Year Plan “Development of Arc Welding Robot ”, We has carried out extensive technology and application research in the industrial robot and its application field, absorbed and digested abroad advanced robot and application technology, successively developed many types and many series of industrial robots including the welding robot, cutting robot, gelatinizing robot, transfer robot, robot palletize, assembly robot, intelligent robot and robots for other applications, completed tens of robot production lines, provided hundreds of equipment, and applied them in more than 20 trades such as automobile, machinery, household electrical appliance, metallurgy, aerospace, military industry and biology. 2. Intelligent Power Distribution System and Intelligent Building

Many years ago, we started to carry out the research and development and engineering application research for intelligent power distribution system and relating equipment, and took the lead in China to present the intelligent power distribution system with remote automatic monitoring and automatic emergency malfunction handling functions. It can be easily networked with the building automation system of other buildings, and form the complete building automation monitoring system. In recent years, we has successively developed the intelligent power distribution system for airports, intelligent buildings, governmental organs, banks, airports, scientific research institutions, sports venues, factories and schools, and applied them to more than 10 organizations including China Academy of Sciences, Xinjiang Building Design Institute, Geophysical Research Institute, Tianjin Taida football court, Capital International Airport Terminal 1 Building, Capital International Airport Terminal 3 Building, and received good comments from the users.

3. Automatic monitoring system

Automatic monitoring system is the core technology for industrial automatic production line and the basis for informationization of manufacturing industry. Through 50 years of research and exploration, as a professional research institution, we has achieved many technological results in the field of automation technology and application for manufacturing industry, and has widely used those results in manufacturing industry. To meet the demand of industrial modernization and informationization development of China, we has used the computer and network technology, programmable control technology, field bus technology, information management technology in the control, monitoring and management of all kinds of production lines, and developed many types of control and monitoring systems for automatic production line, realized the automation, intelligentizization of production systems, substantially improved the production efficiency and ensure the product quality. 4. Automated Guided Vehicle System

AGV System is mainly include of Automated Guided Vehicle which powered by storage battery、AGV manage and monitor system and charging station. Under the AGV manage and monitor system control. AGV can accurately move to the appointed place and finish a series of orders such as loading、unloading and charging operation etc.
AGV System play a important role in the modern produce materiel handling equipment. And is a automated bridge link correlative components in logistics system.
We design and develop Automated Guided Vehicle System which make the AGV control system that from DANAHER MOTION Särö AB as a core. Technology advanced、reside in lead of the world. We have develop all kinds of the AGV navigation types such as laser navigation、inductive wire guided、magnet spot or magnet tape guided types And all kinds of the AGV types include of roller type、fork type、tow type、unit load type etc. And operate easy、performance stabilize、function perfect.
AGVS have wide applied future in highly automated industry such as logistics warehousing、manufacturing、banknote print and mintage、tobacco、paper making、automotive、civil aviation、steel、chemistry、post etc. Also in highly cleanly industry such as electron、pharmaceuticals、food etc. and in other special industry such as freeze、nucleus materiel、sensitive materiel etc.
